This blend has been created for the Aussie palate - for those people who cannot tolerate a lot of spices. The blend is very versatile for chicken, meat or fish.
Chop up then brown Chicken breast in a pan using a small amount of Coconut Oil. Add ½ pack of our tasty Thai Lemon, Lime & Chilli Chef’s Blend & mix. Stir in a can of Coconut Cream them simmer for 8 to 10 minutes – it’s that simple!!
